He said no, you have accident forgiveness because you’ve been a customer so long (over 20 years), it’s fine. I did, and State Farm entirely dropped me from insurance. If I hadn’t called Casey to ask, I would say it was all on me; but I DID call and ask. He did not even apologize after I called and asked him about the adverse insurance decision. I hope I am able to warn others - this man is not a competent professional and cannot be relied upon. There are many agents out there- go with one who knows what they are doing."
